Since March 1st, 2021 EGOI has joined the Alliance for Health Promotion (A4HP), a non-governmental organization (NGO) affiliated with the World Health Organization (WHO).
The Alliance for Health Promotion (A4HP), established in 1997 at the 4th WHO Global Conference on Health Promotion in Jakarta, is an International NGO registered with the State of Geneva, Switzerland.
The Alliance comprises a network of NGOs from different fields that share a dedication to health promotion.
By joining, EGOI becomes part of a network of NGOs and other important international players (intergovernmental organizations, health professionals, policymakers, institutions, and associations) who share the goal of promoting and protecting the health of individuals and communities globally.
This membership is an important opportunity for EGOI to disseminate, through new activities, its Mission and Vision among the most important global stakeholders.
